Finessa looks after properties where presentation is part of their value: executive homes, commercial premises, and developments approaching handover. The work is planned around the building, its materials and the way it is used.
We keep the client list deliberately small so that standards are set by us rather than by volume. Every property is cleaned to a written specification, reviewed in person, and adjusted as it changes.
The company grew out of experience in property, refurbishment and the day-to-day management of a private portfolio. That background shapes how we work: quietly, methodically, and with a genuine respect for other people's homes and sites.

Discretion
Your home or site is treated as private. Keys, alarm codes and access arrangements are held by a named contact and are never discussed outside the job.
Consistency
Each property has its own written specification: the rooms, the finishes, the products and the order of work. The standard does not depend on who attends.
Care for materials
Stone, timber, brass, glass and specialist finishes are cleaned with methods chosen for them, rather than with whatever is quickest.
Accountability
One point of contact, one record of what was agreed, and a straightforward way to raise anything that falls short of it.
The final five per cent of a clean is the part that is noticed.

Questions
Before you enquire.
How is a quotation prepared?
We ask about the property or site, the finishes and the frequency you have in mind. Where the work is substantial or the property is large, we visit before quoting. Quotations are written, itemised, and fixed for the scope agreed.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. Equipment, cloths and products are supplied and chosen for the surfaces in the property. If you would prefer your own products to be used, we are happy to work to that.
How are keys and alarms handled?
Access is agreed in writing before the first visit and held by a named contact. Keys are returned on request, and codes are changed whenever you ask.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes, particularly for commercial premises and developer work. Early mornings, evenings and weekends can be scheduled where access or the programme requires it.
What notice do you need?
Regular domestic and office cleaning is arranged around the diary at the time of enquiry. Developer cleans and plot handovers are better booked as soon as the programme is known, so that dates can be held. Tell us when you need us and we will confirm what is possible rather than promise a date we cannot keep.
