This website is built to work without tracking you. There is no advertising, no marketing and no cookie banner, because no cookies are set at all.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which keep information inside the browser rather than sending it back with every request.
What this site uses
This website sets no cookies for visitors, does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and does not allow advertising or social networks to track you across other websites.
Page views are counted with Plausible Analytics and the hosting platform's own analytics. Neither uses cookies or advertising identifiers: they record that a page was viewed, the referring site, a general location and a device type, and nothing that identifies you personally.
When you submit the enquiry form, what you enter is sent to our server and stored so that we can reply. The form does not rely on cookies to work.
If someone signs in to the private administration area, one session cookie is set so that they stay signed in while they work. It is sent only to that area, expires after twelve hours or when they sign out, and is never set for visitors.
Analytics and server records
The site runs on a managed hosting platform, which records basic technical information — such as the page requested and the time of the request — in server logs used for security and reliability.
Page views are counted by Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of individual visitors. That information is not sold or shared for advertising, and it is not linked to anything you enter in the enquiry form.
If this changes
If cookie-setting analytics or any other non-essential storage is added in future, this page will be updated and consent will be requested before anything is set.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because this site does not depend on them, doing so will not affect your ability to read the site or send an enquiry.
Guidance is available from your browser's help pages, or from the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
