Private residences

A standard written for your home.

No two houses are cleaned in the same way. Before the first visit we walk the property with you, note the materials and the areas that matter most, and write a specification that sets out exactly what will be done each time.

That document is the point of the service. It means the finish does not depend on memory, mood or who happens to attend, and it gives you something concrete to hold us to.

What a visit covers

Every room, in the right order.

Specialist finishes — marble, limestone, oak, brass, lacquer and specialist fabrics — are cleaned with products and methods selected for them. Where a surface needs a conservator rather than a cleaner, we will say so.

Why clients stay

Discretion, consistency and care.

01

Discretion as standard

We do not photograph your home, discuss it outside the job, or comment on what is in it. Where a confidentiality agreement is required, we are happy to work to one.

02

A named point of contact

Access, changes and any concerns go through one person who knows the property. You are not passed between departments or asked to explain the house again.

03

Continuity you can plan around

Visits are scheduled to a pattern that suits the household. Where an arrangement has to change, we tell you in advance and agree the alternative rather than leaving a gap.

04

Care around the household

We work quietly around children, pets, homeworking and visiting trades, and we leave a room usable rather than simply clean.

Arrangements

A rhythm that suits the house.

Weekly or twice weekly

For larger households and busy families, where the house is in constant use and presentation is continuous.

Fortnightly or monthly

A thorough, maintained clean for homes that are well kept between visits, with the detail still attended to.

Seasonal and occasional

Pre-arrival preparation, post-party recovery, spring and autumn deep cleans, and the clean after building work.

Between tenancies

For second homes, estate properties and let residences that must be presented to a consistent standard for each arrival.

Questions

Practical questions.

Will the same person clean my home each visit?

Continuity is the aim, and you will know who to expect before the first visit and whenever that changes. The specification, access arrangements and standards are held by a named contact rather than by an individual, so the finish does not depend on one person's diary.

Can you work alongside a housekeeper or estate team?

Yes. Where a home already has a housekeeper or estate team, we can offer periodic or supplementary cleaning as a standalone arrangement — deep cleaning, seasonal work, or cover while staff are away — where it suits the property.

Do you clean properties between tenancies or before guests arrive?

Yes. Second homes, estate properties and let residences can be prepared to a set standard before each arrival, with the same specification used every time.

What about pets, children and homeworking?

All are normal. We agree quiet hours, rooms to avoid and how doors should be left, and we keep products secured while we are in the property.

Are you able to start before a specific date?

Tell us the date in your enquiry and we will confirm what can be held. Pre-arrival and handover work is sometimes possible at shorter notice than a new regular arrangement, and we will say which applies rather than promise a date we cannot keep.

Enquiries

Tell us about the house.

A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether we can meet the standard you expect, and what a specification would look like.
